Blue Muse~ She Who Seeks Stillness

This piece is inspired by Shiloh Sophia and her session in the #womanunleashed online retreat. But you know what the best part about this piece is? I recorded my time with her, listening, struggling, listening more, struggling more, but I kept listening to what she had to tell me and show me.

There are 5 video 'sections' raw unedited I want to share with you because you will see the struggle, you will see the listening, you will see life around me continue to happen, you will see the process of her evolve into quite meditation, and stillness reminding me to forever be still and listen to the muse and what she has to offer, what she has to tell and show.

This is a 16x20 on wrapped canvas I used acrylics and 2 coats of protective spray. Enjoy the videos I hope you find value in them and perhaps there will be a message you take away to help you where you are in this moment. Comments are welcome below and should you be called to create by your muse I'd love to see your process and here your story, just post them below. Thanks for being here.

My New Friend~Rosina Rosa

She carries with her a starry wand and magic glass vial of rose petals, butterfly wings and dream dust. Her heartfelt sincerity gives guidance on her tiny wings allowing her to bounce about granting wishes and helping make dreams come true. She encourages the seeds of possibilities and holds the key to what could be possible. So dream your dream, make a wish and reach for the stars my lovely, you may just catch one.

Meet ‘Rosina Rosa’ she is approximately 5 inches tall x 4 inches across the base; she is one of a kind with such a precious little soul.

I used acrylic, chenille stems, paper flower, beads, safety pins, wood, yarns, glass, metal, faux gems, glitter dust, real found butterfly wing and rose petal from this year’s garden, Styrofoam and fabric from Nepal.

Breath in the Magic

She is infused with energy from the ancients, love from the divine and anointed from the heavens. She brings with her the scents of lavender, rose, patchouli, frankincense, myrrh, and cinnamon, jojoba and apricot oils. Take a moment to breath in the magic.

Close your eyes take a deep breath and exhale and as you exhale invite life’s majesty, life’s miracles, and all that is sacred to you and breathe in the magic of those that fills your heart the most.

This piece is a 12x16 mixed media on canvas panel. I used acrylic, paper, ink, yarn, feathers, and faux gems.

Angels Amung Us

Angels are so beautiful no matter how you draw or paint them. They can be simple or complex and they still evoke such a grace and beauty, such a presence of comfort and joy.

Depending on the mood when I start my piece it can be very detailed as in the first angel above left to more simple then not so complex. Either way the piece kinda tells me what it wants to become the more I get into the work and it just evolves. My wish is for you to enjoy them as much as I did creating them. ~Blessings~
